Lawn Maintenance Technicians keep our customers’ properties healthy, clean, and looking their best all year long. From high-end residential estates to commercial properties, our maintenance crews are the reason our landscapes still stand out long after they’re built. What You’ll Do Mow lawns using both riding and push mowersTrim and edge around sidewalks, flower beds, and wallsPlant seasonal flowers and overseed or patch turfApply fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticidesTrim and prune trees and shrubsClear lawn debris with rakes, shovels, and blowersShovel snow and apply salt to walkways and driveways in the winterFollow safety standards and keep equipment clean and well maintainedStay accountable and take pride in leaving every property better than you found it What You Need Lawn care experience preferred, but we’ll train the right personAbility to operate standard equipment such as riding mowers, trimmers, and blowersReliable transportation and ability to work 40+ hours a week, including some weekends, holidays, and overtimeAbility to lift 50+ lbs and stay active throughout the dayComfort working outdoors in all weather conditionsA dependable attendance record and a team-first attitudeAbility to pass a background check and drug screen What You Get Pay: $17–$25/hour depending on experienceBiweekly pay + direct depositAccess to training, tools, and certificationsBonus potential for performance and reliabilityA team that believes in building people as much as landscapes Why Outback?
