Duties
- manual labor tasks
- landscaping (mowing, edging, trimming, snow removal)
- site maintenance
- general support of operations
Requirements
- valid driver's license
- history of safe driving
- pass a pre-employment background screening and drug test (THC excluded)
- at least 21 years old
- committed to safety and use of all required PPE
- friendly and dedicated to great customer service
- ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work independently and as part of a crew
- excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills
- ability to work in varying weather conditions

$18.00-$20.00 per hour. The starting wage is determined based on relevant experience.
