Position Overview

We are looking for experienced lawn care and landscaping professionals who take pride in their work, show up on time, and understand what it means to be part of a dependable team. Previous professional experience operating commercial zero-turn mowers, stand-on mowers, string trimmers, edgers, backpack blowers, hedge trimmers, and other commercial lawn maintenance equipment is required. Applicants should be comfortable operating equipment safely, efficiently, and with care while producing consistently high-quality results. This is a physically demanding, fast-paced position that requires the ability to work safely outdoors in all weather conditions while maintaining a professional attitude and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform weekly lawn mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing of properties.
• Assist with shrub pruning, plant maintenance, and seasonal cleanups.
• Remove debris, leaves, brush, and storm-related material as needed.
• Support landscape installations (mulch, sod, plants, trees, gravel, river rock, etc.).
• Operate equipment such as push mowers, zero-turns, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools.
• Follow assigned routes and complete tasks efficiently and safely.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance on job sites.
• Communicate respectfully with customers and team members.
• Report equipment issues or safety concerns to supervisors.

Requirements

• Must be reliable and able to show up on time.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs, work outdoors in heat/cold, and stand for extended periods.
• Valid driver’s license preferred (not required for all positions).
• Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and improve skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must pass standard onboarding requirements (eligibility verification, etc.).

Required Experience

• Previous landscaping, mowing, groundskeeping, or outdoor labor experience.
• Experience with zero-turn mowers or landscaping equipment.
• Basic understanding of lawn care, weed identification, or plant health.
• Customer service or client-facing experience.
