Lawn Maintenance Foreman

About the Role

We are a 30-year-old landscape company seeking qualified candidates to join our team. This is a working, labor-intensive position where you will lead a team of 1-2 laborers. The role is based in Northern New Jersey – Morris County and surrounding areas.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the lawn care industry
• Valid Driver’s License with own transportation to shop
• Ability to drive manual transmission, commercial truck, and trailer
• Machine operation experience (commercial lawn mower walk/ride, string trimmers, blowers)
• Knowledge of Spring and Fall cleanups, weekly lawn maintenance, and bed care
• Ability to pass drug testing
• Must be able to lift 75 lbs
• Documentation indicating legal authorization to work in the United States
• Ability to read daily instructions, keep accurate time sheets, and mechanical inclination

Pay

Salary based on experience.

Schedule

Approximately 40-45 hours per week.
