Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of lawn maintenance crew members in mowing, trimming, and maintaining lawns
- Assign daily tasks to crew members, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards
- Ensure equipment maintenance and readiness for all mowing operations, including routine checks and minor repairs
- Train team members on best practices for mowing techniques, safety, and client service
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns
- Maintain accurate records of daily operations and work completed
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in landscape maintenance or related field, with supervisory experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of lawn care practices, equipment, and safety procedures
- Able to lead a team effectively and communicate well with clients and crew members
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Physical capability to perform outdoor labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and reliability
