Job Function
Develop and maintain outdoor spaces by providing exceptional landscape maintenance service to a variety of our outstanding commercial client’s properties. Ensure the upkeep of plant material and other landscaping essentials.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and run a maintenance crew efficiently and safely.
- Must have a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to teach crew members skills in the field and in leadership scenarios.
- Must possess leadership skills to manage a crew from 2-5 employees.
- Overseeing day-to-day site operations and delegating work to crew members
- Maintaining a schedule, and ensuring service expectations are met
- Identifying more efficient ways to perform work
- Surfacing client concerns to the Production Manager and proactively assisting in achieving a resolution
- Crew Management: Providing the Production Manager with feedback on crew members
- Absorbing responsibility for any vehicles, tools, and equipment designated to your team
- Utilize ASPIRE Crew Mobile App for job and employee time tracking
Safety
Ensuring all crew members perform their work safely and in accordance with company policies Ensuring equipment is in good working order and receives appropriate preventative maintenance
Requirements
- A valid driver’s license and ability to obtain Department of Transportation Medical Card
- Reliable transportation, travel may be required
- Ability to operate commercial grade equipment. (I.E mowers, string trimmers, etc)
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Available to work snow (90% of events)
Salary & Benefits
- Landscape rate $30/hour
- Snow rate $35/hour (Additional $3/hour per employees 1-5 you bring in for snow, additional $2/hour per employees 6-10 for snow, and an additional $1/hour per any employees after that for snow.)

- Paid time off - 40 hours upon start with 1 additional day per year of service.
