Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a crew of 3-5 members, ensuring effective teamwork and task execution.
• Utilize mowers, weed eaters, and hand tools to expertly trim grass and edge lawn areas.
• Maintain nearby plants and foliage to uphold an impeccable appearance.
• Uphold quality and safety standards during project execution.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a Crew Leader role.
• Lawn maintenance and/or landscape installation experience is essential.
• Must be available to work extended hours from Monday to Friday.
• Effective leadership skills to manage and guide your team.
