About the role

We are seeking an experienced Crew Leader to oversee a team of 3-5 crew members, ensuring efficient and high-quality execution of landscaping tasks. You will utilize tools such as mowers, weed eaters, and common hand tools to expertly trim grass, edge lawn areas, and maintain plants and foliage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a crew of 3-5 members, ensuring effective teamwork and task execution.
• Utilize mowers, weed eaters, and hand tools to expertly trim grass and edge lawn areas.
• Maintain nearby plants and foliage to uphold an impeccable appearance.
• Uphold quality and safety standards during project execution.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a Crew Leader role.
• Lawn maintenance and/or landscape installation experience.
• Available to work extended hours from Monday to Friday.
• Effective leadership skills to manage and guide your team.
