About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Crew Leader to oversee a team of 3-5 crew members, ensuring efficient and high-quality execution of landscaping tasks. You will utilize tools such as mowers, weed eaters, and hand tools to maintain lawns, plants, and foliage while upholding safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a crew of 3-5 members, ensuring effective teamwork and task execution.
- Utilize mowers, weed eaters, and hand tools to expertly trim grass and edge lawn areas.
- Maintain nearby plants and foliage to uphold an impeccable appearance.
- Uphold quality and safety standards during project execution.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a Crew Leader role.
- Lawn maintenance and/or landscape installation experience.
- Availability to work extended hours from Monday to Friday.
- Effective leadership skills to manage and guide your team.
