Responsible for managing lawn maintenance accounts in residential and commercial settings. Oversee service delivery, customer relations, and budget management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing accounts while expanding new business opportunities.
• Oversee service delivery, ensuring high-quality lawn care services are provided.
• Communicate effectively with clients to maintain positive relationships and address concerns promptly.
• Monitor budgets and expenses to ensure financial stability and compliance with contracts.
• Perform regular site inspections to assess property needs and make necessary adjustments to service plans.
• Collaborate with team members to provide comprehensive support and training for all staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in horticulture, landscaping, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in lawn care or related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
