Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service and support
• Perform diagnostic tests on equipment
• Offer repair solutions and parts
• Manage inventory and stock levels
• Participate in training programs to stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role preferred
• Knowledge of John Deere products and industry standards
