Responsibilities
- Service customer lawns in assigned routes
- Apply fertilizer
- Treat weeds
- Perform other professional applications
- Ensure exceptional customer service
Requirements
- Valid Michigan Driver’s License with a CLEAN driving record
- Certified to spray herbicides (if not certified, must pass the exam)
- Professional appearance
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Customer service experience
- Advanced problem-solving skills and proven time management
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to work in a results-oriented environment
- Willingness to become certified to apply pesticides
- Energetic and positive attitude
- Ability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds for 8-10 hours per day
- Able and willing to work in various weather conditions
