Lawn Care Technician

Responsibilities

• Visit residential and/or commercial clients to service properties on your route by applying fertilizer, treating weeds, and performing other professional applications.
• Ensure top-of-the-line customer service.
• Accurately measure lawns and provide quotes or lawn analysis.
• Offer additional products and services to customers, presenting a great opportunity to earn commissions.
• Canvass neighborhoods generating leads by offering free no-obligation lawn care quotes to homeowners.
• Participate in a bonus program.

Requirements

• Valid driver license with a clean record.
• Interact with customers and ensure top-of-the-line service.
• Enjoy training new team members.
• Monitor product usage and quality control.
• Be available to work 40+ hours per week in various/extreme weather conditions, including Saturdays, as needed.
• Work independently as a member of a team.
• One year of experience in Pest Control and/or Lawn Care (preferred), with training provided for the right candidate.
• Preferred Weed/Pesticide and/or Mosquito Control Certification (Core, 3A, 7A, 7F).

Qualifications

• Available to work 40+ hours per week in various/extreme weather conditions, including Saturdays, as needed.
• Work independently as a member of a team.
• Have the ability to monitor product usage and quality control.
