About the role
Work outdoors, run your own route, and build real skills with paid training and licensing support. No prior lawn care experience is required.
Responsibilities
- Apply fertilizer and weed control treatments to lawns
- Treat trees and shrubs for insects and disease
- Operate ride-on spreaders and spray equipment
- Work independently on a daily route
- Deliver professional, friendly customer service
- Learn safe pesticide handling and application
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with clean record
- Ability to work outdoors in heat, cold, and rain
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Strong attendance and reliability
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
