We are seeking Lawn Care Technicians who are dedicated to providing high-quality, customer-focused lawn care services. No lawn care experience is required! We provide paid training and the education you need to become successful in this position. Daily Responsibilities As a Lawn Care Technician, you will: Fertilize and aerate lawnsApply regulated pest control products to lawns, landscape beds, trees, and shrubsPrepare and seed lawnsOperate and maintain lawn care equipmentMaintain the appearance and condition of assigned equipment and vehiclesCommunicate respectfully and professionally with customers and the publicMaintain proper communication with the office throughout the dayProvide professional and courteous customer serviceDemonstrate honesty, integrity, and accountabilityPerform shop and equipment maintenance as neededEducate customers about lawn care services and offer additional services when appropriateNo mowing! Requirements Valid driver's licenseGood written and verbal communication skillsAbility to operate machinery and equipmentAbility to meet daily production goalsAbility to lift 50+ poundsReliable transportation to and from workGood attendance and dependable work habitsClean driving recordStrong work ethic and willingness to learn THE IDEAL CANDIDATE The ideal candidate is reliable, motivated, hardworking, and eager to learn. Previous lawn care experience is helpful but not required. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working outdoors, can work independently, and is comfortable communicating with customers by phone and email.
