About the Role

Join Lawn Doctor as a Lawn Care Technician and help homeowners achieve healthy, green lawns through professional lawn treatments, fertilization, weed control, aeration, seeding, and pest control services. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, operating equipment, interacting with customers, and working independently.

Responsibilities

• Apply lawn care treatments including fertilization, weed control, and soil health applications
• Perform lawn aeration, overseeding, power seeding, and turf improvement services
• Provide mosquito, tick, and outdoor pest control treatments
• Operate lawn care equipment and service vehicles safely and efficiently
• Educate customers on lawn health, maintenance recommendations, and additional service options
• Maintain accurate service records and route documentation
• Assist with shop organization, equipment maintenance, and daily preparation
• Meet productivity goals while delivering exceptional customer service

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
• Ability to safely operate machinery and lawn care equipment
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

Preferred Experience

• Lawn care or landscaping services
• Turf management or grounds maintenance
• Fertilizer application or weed control
• Pest control or mosquito control services
• Outdoor labor, route service, or field technician roles
• Customer service or residential service industries
