$18–$20/hr + Commission + Production Bonus

What You'll Do
- Manage a daily service route
- Apply fertilizer, weed control, and pest treatments safely and accurately
- Diagnose common turf issues, including weeds, insects, disease, and lawn health concerns
- Operate and maintain spray equipment, tools, and materials
- Communicate with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Recommend additional services when appropriate
- Keep accurate service records, treatment notes, and product usage logs
- Follow all safety procedures and application guidelines
- Take pride in helping every lawn look its best
What We're Looking For
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently throughout the day
- Experience in lawn care, turf applications, fertilization, weed control, pest control, or spray technician work
- Knowledge of fertilizer, weed control, and pest management practices
- Ability to manage a daily route and stay organized
- Comfort working outdoors in different weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Customer-friendly communication skills
- Ability to meet production and service goals
- A valid driver's license and clean driving record
