Lawn Care Mow Technician

About the role

Join our team as a Lawn Mowing Technician and help us keep the neighborhood looking sharp. We offer competitive pay starting at $19.00 per hour, growth potential, and occasional weekend work.

Responsibilities

• Mastering the Machines: Operating professional-grade zero-turn mowers, stand on zero turn mowers, walk-behind mowers, and trimmers.
• The Finishing Touches: Precision edging, line trimming, and blowing debris to leave every property "picture perfect".
• Lawn Care Heroics: Identifying lawn health issues and occasional tasks like aerating or spreading fertilizer.
• Customer Interaction: Being the friendly face of our company while providing top-tier service.

Requirements

• MUST HAVE MINIMUM 1 YEAR MOWING EXPERIENCE.
• Reliable Transportation: A valid driver's license is preferred and reliable transportation to our shop is required.
• Physical Stamina: Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and be capable of standing, walking, and bending throughout the day. Additionally, the role requires working on your feet for the duration of the shift in various weather conditions.
• Attention to Detail: You notice the small things that others miss.

Qualifications

• Experience in outdoor work and familiarity with lawn care tools and techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
