Handsome Lawn Service is growing and hiring dependable crew members for our Arlington/Kennedale operation.
Compensation & Structure
- Starting pay: $16/hour as 1099 contract labor
- After 30 days of proven performance and reliability, raise opportunity
- Weekly pay via direct deposit
- Veterans on our crew earn $22-$27/hour
- Clear advancement path based on performance
Responsibilities
- Mowing, edging, bush trimming
- Fertilization, weeding, leaf removal, mulching
- Other landscape services
- High-quality work with no cutting corners
Requirements
- Reliable transportation to 6890 Hudson Vlg Crk Rd, Kennedale, TX 76060 (Uber/Lyft do not count)
- Must arrive at 7:30 AM sharp, Monday-Friday
- Ability to work in Texas heat (water provided)
- Strong work ethic and good attitude
- Landscaping experience preferred
- Must pass background check
- Bank account required for direct deposit
