Role: Lawn Maintenance Crew Member responsible for maintaining high standards of landscape care in Southwest Florida. Key Responsibilities Operate professional-grade equipment such as zero-turn mowers, trimmers, edgers, and blowers to create manicured landscapes.Perform detailed tasks including pruning, hedging, and debris removal to ensure flawless property appearance.Execute “The Joshua Tree Finish” with clean lines, clear walkways, and no clippings left behind.Coordinate with Crew Leaders to meet daily route goals efficiently and safely.Maintain a safe work environment and perform daily equipment checks for optimal performance. Qualifications & Skills Dependability with punctuality and reliability.Ability to work outdoors in hot conditions with a strong work ethic.Personal pride in quality work.Preferred experience in landscaping or lawn maintenance; attitude and work ethic valued highly.Valid driver’s license.
