Lawn Care Branch Manager

Naturescape is seeking a Branch Manager in Eau Claire, WI to lead a developing branch to continued growth and success. This is a long‑term career opportunity in lawn and landscape care with a stable, family‑owned business, offering a valued and respected position on a close‑knit team.
Responsibilities
- Strategically divide time between maximizing branch production in the field, increasing sales, and developing employees.
- Conduct weekly group meetings with branch employees to review technical information, sales strategies, and service methods.
- Provide individual training and guidance to specialists, from veteran performers to newly hired team members.
- Direct administrative assistants to deliver high‑level customer service, generate sales, and keep the office organized and efficient.
- Optimize specialist routes using data, strategize efficient use of time, and keep services on schedule.
- Interact with customers to resolve concerns and ensure satisfaction.
- Audit specialist work, meet with customers on‑site, and perform services when needed.
- Assess branch needs regularly and take initiative to make decisions that benefit employees and customers.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lb.
- Motivated with a desire to learn.
- Previous management or supervisory experience is a plus.
- No lawn care or landscape experience required; paid training is provided.
