Lawn Care Branch Manager
Naturescape is seeking a Branch Manager in Schaumburg, IL to lead a developing branch to continued growth and success.

Responsibilities
The Branch Manager enjoys a variety of responsibilities, and no two days are often the same. Key duties include:
- Strategically dividing time between maximizing branch production in the field, increasing sales, and developing employees.
- Meeting with branch employees weekly to review technical information, sales strategies, and service methods.
- Training and guiding specialists individually, from veterans to new hires.
- Actively directing administrative assistants to ensure high customer service and office efficiency.
- Helping specialists maintain efficient routes and using data to optimize schedules.
- Resolving customer concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
- Auditing specialist work, meeting with customers, and performing services when needed.
- Regularly assessing branch needs and taking initiative to make the best choices for employees and customers.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and good driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Motivated with a desire to learn.
- Previous management or supervisory experience is a plus (but not required).
No lawn care or landscape experience is required—we provide paid training!
