About the role

We're seeking a full-time Lawn and Plant Health Care Division Operations Manager to lead a growing division, build a high-performing team, and drive the future success of Groundhog Turf Care in Derry, NH.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and manage technicians
• Oversee reporting and performance of the Lawn & Plant Health Care operations
• Provide field leadership, support production teams, monitor product usage, and maintain accountability
• Ensure quality standards are met, workflows remain productive, and customers receive exceptional results

Requirements

• NH Pesticide License (Category G2)
• 2+ years of turf care operations experience

• Proven leadership skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
