Responsibilities
- Prepare conflict information for submission to the Conflicts Department.
- Draft retainer agreements for final review and approval.
- Manage file organization, including opening and closing files in accordance with departmental protocols.
- Enter and maintain client contact information in the Interaction database.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support as needed, including assembling packages and correspondence.
- Assist with month-end billing processes.
- Serve as the liaison between the regional office and the marketing department, coordinating and representing the firm at events such as seminars, trade shows, workshops, and webinars.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service abilities.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to efficiently organize files and manage workflow.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
- Familiarity with iManage, FileSite, and Aderant preferred.
Qualifications
- A High School Diploma required.
- An Associate degree preferred.
- A minimum of two years’ related experience in a law firm or corporate legal department environment required.
