Principal Responsibilities

  • Greet and direct all incoming calls.
  • Coordinate conference calls and schedule meetings.
  • Handle general office administrative duties such as greeting visitors, handling deliveries, typing correspondence, filing, maintaining office supplies, and ordering as necessary.
  • Maintain calendars and schedule all necessary travel arrangements.
  • Prepare various projects for client proposals using spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, digital camera use, etc.
  • Maintain courteous and professional relationships with co-workers and clients.
  • Professionally interface with all internal departments of Simon Property Group.
  • Learn and become competent in current technical applications utilized by the department involving SSLE, CAD, Atlas, Coupa, etc.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Five years minimum administrative experience required.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Team player with willingness to assist others.
  • Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
  • Self-motivated and problem-solving experience.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
