Principal Responsibilities
- Greet and direct all incoming calls.
- Coordinate conference calls and schedule meetings.
- Handle general office administrative duties such as greeting visitors, handling deliveries, typing correspondence, filing, maintaining office supplies, and ordering as necessary.
- Maintain calendars and schedule all necessary travel arrangements.
- Prepare various projects for client proposals using spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, digital camera use, etc.
- Maintain courteous and professional relationships with co-workers and clients.
- Professionally interface with all internal departments of Simon Property Group.
- Learn and become competent in current technical applications utilized by the department involving SSLE, CAD, Atlas, Coupa, etc.
Minimum Qualifications
- Five years minimum administrative experience required.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Team player with willingness to assist others.
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
- Self-motivated and problem-solving experience.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
