Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

- What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to visitors, travelers, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
- Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or public agency personnel as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout terminals, public areas, restricted access points, parking locations, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.
- Monitor entrances, exits, and credentialed areas, verify access permissions when required, and report suspicious behavior, unattended items, and/or policy violations according to site procedures.
- Assist with traffic and pedestrian flow, provide directions and general assistance to the public, and support orderly operations during busy travel periods, delays, and/or emergency situations.
Requirements
- Minimum Requirements:
- Be a graduate of a law enforcement or military police training program or equivalent.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- The ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Qualifications
- Formal Education, Licenses, And Certifications Required:
- Applicant must complete one of the following approved programs:
- Certified State law enforcement recruit training.
- Certified County law enforcement recruit training.
- Federal law enforcement training.
- Programs approved by the Director.
Skills
- Must be able to supervise Contractor’s personnel and work effectively with airport management, tenants, other law enforcement agencies and the public on matters relating to security disputes, complaints on the performance, conduct or behavior of subordinate employees.

Pay
Pay Rate: $28.86 / Hour with an hourly bonus of $3.58. Premium paid shall be based on the position actually worked by the employee.
