Exceptional Skills and Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Valid Indiana Driver's License required.
- Four-year Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice and/or Public Safety preferred.
- Prior law enforcement experience preferred.
- Ability to perform basic computer functions.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
- Ability to effectively manage conflicts.
- Ability to effectively manage negotiations.
- Ability to effectively use interpersonal skills.
- Ability to empathize/relate with others.
