About the Role
Recruitment Number 26-160SI, Law Clerk, SR-20, Full Time, Temporary, Kapolei, Oahu. This recruitment is for a temporary, full-time position. Applicants who will graduate with a Juris Doctor degree from a school of law recognized by the American Bar Association may apply within three months prior to graduation. If selected, an original official transcript indicating the completion of the required coursework and the awarding of the degree will be required.
Responsibilities
- Performs legal research and analysis
- Prepares memoranda of findings and analysis
- May assist in preparations for pre-trial hearings and trials
- Performs other duties as required
Qualifications
Education Requirement: Graduation from a school of law recognized by the American Bar Association with a Juris Doctor degree.
