About the role

This recruitment will only be used to fill a temporary, full-time Law Clerk position. Applicants who will graduate with a Juris Doctor degree from a school of law recognized by the American Bar Association may apply within three months prior to graduation. If selected, an original official transcript (not a copy) indicating the completion of the required coursework and the awarding of the degree will be required.

Responsibilities

• Performs legal research and analysis, and prepares memoranda of findings and analysis.
• May assist in preparations for pre-trial hearings and trials.
• Performs other duties as required.

Requirements

Education

Graduation from a school of law recognized by the American Bar Association with a Juris Doctor degree.
