JOB REQUIREMENTS

The Law Clerk opportunity is a full-time Milwaukee County benefitted position. Closing Date: April 13, 2026, or upon receipt of the first 50 application submissions received.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform legal research and draft legal memoranda, orders and decisions for circuit court judges to review and sign.
• Aid the circuit court judges by acting as bailiff.
• Bring up juries and monitor jury deliberations.
• Perform similar tasks on an as-needed basis.

Minimum Education & Years of Experience Required

• Current Wisconsin resident
• Professional Law Degree or (3L) 3rd Year Law Students

Hourly Salary Range: \$25.37 - \$38.03
