LAUSD Associate Scheduler

We are accepting applications for this on-site, full-time position on a continuous basis (no deadline, but the sooner the better). Candidates must be located in Southern California and authorized to work lawfully in the U.S. without sponsorship. No relocation funds or per diem are provided.

Requirements

• Three (3) years of full-time paid professional experience in scheduling for an Owner or General Contractor, preferably on multiple educational facilities or public works projects, or scheduling for various projects in a program.
• Graduation from a recognized college or university with a bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, construction engineering, or any related field.

Skills

• Proficiency in Primavera (latest version) and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural plans, drawings, and contract specifications to understand the scope of work for multiple school construction projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build efficient working relationships with project teams and department staff.
• Superior organizational and planning skills.

Pay

Salary range: $148K – $166K. The pay range provided is a good faith estimate at the time of posting. Actual compensation will depend on individual qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
