Laundry Technician - Per Diem

About the role

This is a per diem role allowing for flexibility in weekly scheduled hours. This role is not eligible for benefits.

Responsibilities

• Operate the in-house laundry facility
• Maintain a clean, orderly and safe environment
• Follow Federal Register Rules and Regulations, Porter Medical Center and HPRN Infection Control policies and procedures, and Environmental Services and Laundry Department policies and procedures
• Maintain high standards
• Work collaboratively with co-workers and other department team members as required

Requirements

• High school graduate or GED preferred
• Ability to read written procedures and apply to daily work
• Ability to submit records of accomplished work
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and good public relations
