Laundry Technician - Full-time - Dayshift

Job Summary

Perform day to day tasks to maintain a clean environment in a health care organization. Work independently or in a team environment ensuring that use of equipment, methods, and techniques to handle laundry safely and appropriately such as; sorting, washing, any chemical application, or water temperature. Depending upon the location, complete assigned tasks based on that location's standard processes and policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to use a computer
• Prior cleaning experience in a healthcare setting helpful
• Knowledge of materials, equipment, and methods used in cleaning helpful
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record (depending on location)
