Laundry/Houseperson

About the role

Grand Lake LOVO Resorts is seeking a Housekeeping Laundry Attendant to support their housekeeping team. This role involves processing high volumes of laundry, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring that linens and supplies are ready for guest use.

Responsibilities

• Process high volumes of laundry — washing, drying, folding, and distributing resort linens
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized laundry room, hallways, and employee areas
• Operate commercial washers, dryers, and ironing equipment safely
• Sort, fold, iron, and inspect linens to ensure top-quality standards
• Collect and transport soiled linens and trash to designated areas
• Prepare linens for housekeeping carts, closets, and pool towel service
• Deep clean lobby restrooms, pool restrooms, and disinfect the gym when assigned
• Stock and organize housekeeping supplies for the next day's operations
• Respond to guest or MOD requests, including disinfecting tasks
• Perform additional cleaning duties as needed to support the team

Requirements

Strong attention to detail and pride in keeping areas clean and organized. Ability to safely operate commercial laundry equipment. Efficient worker who thrives in a fast-paced, warm, and busy environment. Reliable, hardworking, and able to follow clear procedures. Strong multitasking and organizational abilities. Willingness to work weekends and holidays as required. Previous laundry or housekeeping experience is a plus — but not required!

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
