The position of LPN at Golden Age of Welsh involves providing exceptional care to residents in a long-term care and skilled nursing facility. The facility is located in Welsh, LA and offers a friendly and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Assessing and documenting resident health needs
• Administering medications as prescribed
• Providing personal care services such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of living areas
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
• Ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations

Requirements

• Current license as an LPN in the state of Louisiana
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if applicable)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred
• Current CPR certification
