About the role
This is a full-time, peak-load temporary position for the 2026-2027 season (05/1/2026–02/28/2027). The role involves processing linens and maintaining laundry operations in a high-volume resort environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform all stages of linen processing, including sorting and weighing soiled and unsoiled linens.
- Clean laundry area and machines; fold and store valet and laundry bags.
- Assist in laundry inventories.
- Operate washers and dryers.
- Move and lift large, heavy items such as linen, linen carts, or bags of linen (up to 50 lbs).
Requirements
- No prior experience or education required; on-the-job training provided.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Must be able to work a 5-day schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Conversational English required.
- Subject to drug testing and pre-employment criminal background checks (paid by employer).
Pay
- Hourly wage: $17.76–$19.00, with potential increases based on experience, performance, tenure, or market conditions.
- Overtime pay: $26.64–$28.50 per hour (time-and-a-half after 40 hours per workweek).
- Pay period: Weekly.
Schedule
- 35 hours per week, Saturday to Friday.
- Various 8-hour shifts, including:
- 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
- 12:00 PM–8:00 PM
- 3:00 PM–11:00 PM
- 4:00 PM–12:00 AM
- 5:00 PM–1:00 AM
- 9:00 PM–5:00 AM
- Workdays and shift times may vary with occupancy and events.

- Reimbursement for visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other government-mandated fees (excluding passport expenses).
- Transportation and subsistence costs covered for travel to/from the place of employment, contingent on completing at least half of the employment period.
