Laundry Attendant - HGI Ponte Vedra

The Laundry Attendant plays a vital role in ensuring guests enjoy fresh, spotless linens during their stay. This position is responsible for sorting, washing, drying, folding, and organizing hotel linens while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards in the laundry area.

• Inspect linens for stains or damage and take initiative to resolve issues.
• Operate commercial laundry equipment safely and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Ensure fresh, clean linens are delivered to housekeeping staff for guest use.
• Absorb additional tasks as needed to support daily operations.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Previous laundry, housekeeping, or cleaning experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Reliable, proactive, and committed to maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Able to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work weekends and holidays as required.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Stand, walk, bend, stoop, push, and pull for extended periods.
• Exposure to cleaning chemicals, heat, and noise in the laundry environment.
