Responsibilities: Wash, dry, and iron patient and resident clothing, linens, and bedding in a timely and efficient mannerSort and categorize laundry items according to fabric type, color, and special handling requirementsOperate industrial laundry equipment, including washers, dryers, and folding machinesFold, hang, and package laundry items for distribution to patients and residentsMaintain cleanliness and organization of laundry areas, including storage rooms, laundry rooms, and supply closetsFollow proper infection control procedures to prevent the spread of diseases and maintain a safe working environmentCollaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflowReport any equipment malfunctions or supply shortages to management About the Role: As a Laundry Aide at RegalCare at Lowell, you will be part of a dynamic and caring team that is dedicated to providing exceptional care and services to our patients and residents.
