In this role, you will help ensure residents have clean linens and properly laundered personal items while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and safety. Laundry Aide Responsibilities Collect, wash, dry, fold, and distribute laundry throughout the facility.Ensure residents have clean linens and properly laundered personal belongings.Maintain appropriate laundry supplies and help ensure units remain stocked with clean linens.Follow facility infection-control procedures and sanitation standards.Comply with applicable OSHA requirements, risk-management policies, and facility safety procedures.Use personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow applicable chemical-handling and safety guidelines.Follow precautions when handling potentially infectious materials or hazardous substances.Work collaboratively with the housekeeping and laundry team.Follow all facility policies and procedures to promote resident safety and comfort.
