What You'll Actually Do

  • Create opportunities.
  • Speak with HR leaders, senior executives and decision makers at growing organisations.
  • Work alongside experienced Account Executives to identify target companies, understand their business and open doors that become real commercial opportunities.
  • Every meeting you create has the potential to become a new Workhuman customer.

What Success Looks Like

  • You're consistently creating 7-10 qualified meetings every week.
  • You're becoming someone prospects actually want to speak to.
  • You're improving every month.
  • You're building confidence talking to senior leaders.
  • You're developing the skills needed to become an Account Executive.

Pay & Benefits

The base salary range for this position is $50,000–$60,000. Offered base compensation within this range will be determined based on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, geographic location, and other factors relevant to the scope and responsibilities of this role. This role is also eligible for bonus or other variable compensation based on job performance and our standard benefits package, which supports employee well-being and work-life balance.
