Launch Program Manager

About the Role

MicroVision is seeking an experienced Launch Program Manager in Orlando, FL. The Launch Program Manager will work on-site with our operations, purchasing, quality, and supply chain teams to provide daily support for program deliverables, ensuring a successful launch of MicroVision-supplied products. The role involves close collaboration with program teams to drive execution and meet program timing for all production deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Define the Launch project schedule and drive the team to meet milestones and deliverables for new products.
• Lead weekly Launch meetings to monitor and ensure the robustness and timing of launch deliverables.
• Work collaboratively with the Program Manager to align deliverables and timing.
• Escalate risks related to deliverables and timing that may impact the program.
• Ensure a safe launch plan is defined and executed.
• Track KPIs such as timing, performance, quality, and cost.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering or a technical-related field.
• 3+ years of experience in program or launch management roles.

Preferred Qualifications

• AIAG, Program Management Certification, or APQP.
