Launch Graduate Program: Associate Enterprise Systems Analyst
About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and growth-minded individual to join our IT & Cybersecurity team as an Associate Enterprise Systems Analyst. You’ll play a key role on our team, supporting business intelligence and analytics initiatives, as well as system administration.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the integration, setup, and maintenance of enterprise-level systems to streamline processes & document workflows across the organization.
- Provide data-driven insights by leveraging business intelligence tools to support decision-making processes across multiple departments.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to collaborate on cross-functional initiatives.
- Organize and manage multiple high-priority projects, adapting to meet deadlines and ensuring the timely completion of key tasks.
- Join team meetings to share ideas, align on goals, and contribute to the Enterprise Systems team’s overall strategy.
- Attend training sessions to support your professional growth and development.
Requirements
- Graduates in Winter 2026 or Spring 2027 with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, ideally in Business Systems, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proficient in Excel; experience with SQL, BigQuery, Tableau, DataStudio, RedShift, Python, or similar is considered a plus.
- Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to improve efficiency, organization, and employee support.
- Proven leadership experience in extracurricular activities or previous roles, demonstrating the ability to drive project success.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a variety of personality types and work styles.
- Able to quickly switch contexts and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- A passion for building, continuous improvement, and making a positive impact.
- Adaptability; flexibility to adjust to changing business requirements.

The base salary range for this position may vary based on location. Actual compensation will be determined by role, level, and location, considering additional factors such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
