Launch Coordinator

Responsibilities

  • Project management of new customer launches, including scoping timelines, tracking milestones, coordinating deliverables, and communicating status to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update launch project plans, ensuring all tasks are assigned, dependencies are identified, and deadlines are met.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for customers during onboarding.
  • Cook up and launch SMS, MMS, Push, Wallet, and RCS campaigns, ensuring accuracy, brand compliance, and platform best practices.
  • Configure and QA A/B tests, audience segmentation, and campaign scheduling; flag issues and recommend optimizations.
  • Troubleshoot campaign setup issues and provide clear, expert platform guidance to customers and internal teams.
  • Ensure all campaigns and program configurations comply with mobile messaging regulations and Vibes best practices.
  • Document campaign processes, launch learnings, and customer-specific configurations for knowledge sharing and continuity.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience & Skills
    • 2-4 years of experience in project coordination, campaign execution, digital marketing, CRM, or customer onboarding (internships and co-ops included).
    • Demonstrated track record of effective project management and critical thinking skills.
    • Strong attention to detail; able to catch errors before they reach customers and maintain accuracy under deadline.
    • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies; formal PM training or certifications a plus.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable leading customer calls and presenting status updates to colleagues.
    • Experience building SMS, MMS, or email campaigns.
    • Familiarity with marketing automation or CRM platforms is a plus but not required.

    • Ability to effectively manage relationships with on-site and off-site partners and team members.
    • Mature, self-directed, and driven; you take ownership of your work and follow through without being asked twice.
    • Passionate and sincere communicator who can adapt to different personalities and communication styles.
    • Proactive in identifying problems and proposing solutions before they escalate.

Compensation and Benefits

  • The base salary for this role is $70,000 - $80,000 annually. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills and certifications.
