About the role

We are currently looking for a freelance Latin language tutor for one-to-one sessions with a client in San Antonio, TX.

• Course type: specific purpose (medieval Franciscan sources research)
• Format: one-to-one
• Total hours: 50 (25 × 2-hour sessions)
• Location: student’s office in San Antonio, TX 78201
• Student: 18–24-year-old beginner; schedule: twice weekly, ideally Monday & Wednesday or Tuesday & Thursday, 10 AM–3 PM
• Start date: as soon as possible

Requirements

• Native Latin speaker and/or relevant teaching qualification
• Experience as a language teacher, translator, or interpreter
• Valid work permit/visa (visa sponsorship not available)
• Live within 20 miles of San Antonio, TX 78201

Conditions

• Schedule and location may be flexible based on availability
• Hourly rate is negotiable depending on experience and qualifications
