We are currently seeking candidates for our Midland, NC location for: LATHE MACHINIST Base + Off Shift Incentive – Flexible Schedules Responsibilities Set up and operate Lathe with live tooling for complex, precision jobs with minimal supervisionHold size and profile tolerances within .0005Ability to Multitask/ Run multiple machines at once is a mustCNC Programming, Editing and Set Up A PLUSPerform first piece in process inspection using standard measuring equipment such as micrometers, calipers, height gauges and dial gaugesEnsure all standard quality procedures are followed such as machine set-up, operation, inspection, documentation and material handlingUtilize the ERP system and document the required in-process inspection dimensions.Maintain clean, organized and safe work environment following all safety standards and requirements.
