Join a Top Global Law Firm and Shape the Future of Legal Talent! Our client is seeking a dynamic Lateral Recruitment Manager to lead attorney hiring across its U.S. offices.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies for lateral hires in key practice areas
- Identify, evaluate, and attract top talent from diverse legal backgrounds
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business needs and translate them into effective recruitment solutions
- Manage the entire lateral hire process from sourcing to onboarding
- Build and maintain relationships with law schools, alumni networks, and other referral sources
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in lateral hiring
Requirements
- Proven experience in managing large-scale lateral hiring initiatives
- Strong understanding of legal market dynamics and ability to adapt to changing market conditions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) preferred
- 5+ years of relevant experience in legal recruitment or related field
