Lateral Partner and Associate Attorneys

About the role

Hammer, Quinn & Shaw is seeking a lateral partner and/or an associate attorney with at least three years of litigation experience to join their litigation practice based in Kalispell, Montana.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in a broad range of civil litigation matters, with a primary emphasis on insurance defense and trial work.

Requirements

• At least three years of litigation experience.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Excellent oral advocacy skills.

Qualifications

• Admitted to practice law in Montana.
• Passion for civil litigation, particularly insurance defense and trial work.

Skills

• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
