Responsibilities

• Advise clients on corporate governance and compliance matters
• Lead mergers, acquisitions, and other transactional work
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Draft and review complex contracts and agreements
• Mentor junior attorneys and support team development
• Collaborate across practice groups for integrated solutions

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in general corporate law
• Established book of business or strong client network
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
