Lateral Corporate Attorney
Maslon LLP is seeking attorney candidates with 8+ years of general corporate and M&A experience to join its Corporate & Securities Practice Group. The firm is open to adding individual attorneys or small groups of attorneys as it looks to expand its reach.

- Serve in the outside general counsel role for clients

Pay
Entry-level associate candidate compensation starts at $195,000 per year. The firm’s expected hiring range for this position is dependent upon the candidate’s experience, skills, educational and professional background, and overall qualifications.
