Join a leading global law firm in this high-impact opportunity to drive the successful integration and growth of lateral partners and senior lawyers. The Lateral Integration Manager is a newly created role that will lead strategic integration initiatives from pre-arrival through the first 18 months, partnering closely with firm leadership, attorneys, and business professionals to accelerate practice growth, client development, and internal collaboration.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in a law firm or professional services environment
• Substantial expertise in business development, lateral recruiting, and/or attorney development
• Exceptional project management, communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills

Pay

Salary Range: $164,900 - $220,600 depending on location.

Hybrid position available in the Boston, DC & NYC offices.
